Derek - this was a really, really, really good newsletter. I have been blessed with many "my people" who have shown up for me in difficult times. In the past 2 months I have had two friends who lost loose their spouse and another friend who's son committed suicide. No, I didn't know what to say but I did show up for them. Thanks for sharing this - you are AMAZING with writing and words - keep up the good work.
