...great advice...i always feel better when i list my todos and stack rank...not sure if applicable here but there is a motivational speaker i hung out with once named Equalman who recommended making Not To Do lists...kind of like this strategy but starting from the end...
You can and should also delegate tasks that are important. So you can choosen B and D at the same time.
