Really appreciate this framing of imposter syndrome as infinite regress. I've def been in those moments where I'm anxious abot being anxious and it becomes this menta spiral. The idea that the trap is believing theres a final answer really landed for me. Shifting to 'what can I learn here' instead of 'do I belong' is such a practical reframe.
